It is NEGATIVE 7 here in Maine. Yeah, the cruise can't get here fast enough!

It is 24 degrees here. That is not bad at all. The bad part is, that it has been snowing for hours now. I also am getting a sore throat and stuffy nose. I am happy this is happening now and not next week. I have a cruise next weekend and I don't want to be sick. So I have 11 days to get better.

What are you doing up so early? You're on vacation!!

Gotta get a bit of work done, plus start making food for tomorrow and Thursday. We're having an hors d'oeuvres buffet on Christmas and going to a big meal at someone's house for Christmas Eve. Totally new traditions this year.

Because of the snow coming, we altered the plans a bit and my sister came down yesterday. So that also means I had to quick clean the house yesterday

I saw the pic - that is the sweetest thing!!! The other day my DH refused to believe he has been out of high school for 18 years - I actually had to do the math for him, man where has the time gone?????
