When is it gonna be time to go to warmer weather?!?!?!

144 days until "Fun on a Boat!"

So Todd, you and Kathy are now married? Kathy, I hope you get a BIG ring!

Yes, Kathy, you better get a big ring. And none of the cubit zirconium stuff. :snooty: I want diamonds. REAL diamonds.:snooty:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I never date...change that.....

I'll never be married to a man who wears better jewelry than I do or uses more hair care products.

Sounds like you and I would get along great...no hair care products for me!

See how I swooped in to close the deal when Todd couldn't

I do have a cruise related question.

In the literature I got last night I thought that I read in the section of "Stuff NOT to Bring" included beverages. Are they strict with this? Am I going to go to ABC and procure some spirits only to have them confiscated upon embarkation?

I'll have to look at mine when I get it (my mail was not delivered yesterday). You can bring alcohol and other beverages, but you cannot put it in your checked luggage. You MUST carry any beverages on with you.

So tell me why I'd want to be a Castaway Club member? Benefits? Cost?

You are automatically a Castaway Club member after you cruise once on DCL. The benefits are that you get you prebook excursions and Palo earlier than new cruisers (if you are paid in full). Once in a while they have an extra onboard credit for Castaway Club members. The only way to get a repeat cruiser discount though is to book onboard. There is no cost for Castaway Club membership.

Doo doo doo doo! Super Tracy to the rescue again!!!

And no mail? Isn't the postal service supposed to deliver "Through rain, sleet, snow and hail; no act of nature shall stop the mail."?

'Cause all the cool kids are! :rotfl:

No cost to you

You get to check in in a special line for your next cruises. You get a stateroom gift. Lately a nice totbag with some water bottles. You get to sign up for ressies sooner if you're paid in full.

I read that too Todd. I also have seen many other DISers post they they have brought on beverages. I just bought a small rolling cooler from DisneyOutlet.com just for our cruise to bring alcoholic beverages.

I think the best part of being a member is being able to book your excursions and the like at 90 days versus 75 for non-members. I think there is some type of reception on the cruise, and you will get a gift in your stateroom after your first cruise. I have heard some folks getting a CD of music sent to their home too. Good thing being membership is free.

That's what I was confused about.:confused3

Mornin' kids!

Sleepy today...the weekend's caught up with me and i'm paying for it...:rotfl:

Thanks for the replies about Castaway Club. Looks like I cannot be a member until after my first cruise.

Just got my passport renewed and someone at the State Department messed with my photo. Looks like someone hit me on the side of the forehead with a whoopie pie.

i can't believe it is only 5 months away!

it is actually like 27degrees here in dallas and icy! My son has RSV and an ear infection, so i am working from home. DH decided to stay home too- the roads are just bad and considering TX drivers don't do well on ice, i prefer to stay off the roads and not be hit by someone else! because I drive perfectly of course! :rotfl:

can't wait to see if my mom got our package! she will be so excited. Do they send one per room or one for the whole reservation? we booked two rooms, i wasn't sure, but it is all under her cc.

can you guys believe Christmas is like a little over a week away too? scary.

welcome back you MFers.....yes, mousefesters. i really enjoyed the flatties. they will have to have more adventures in the future.
