I am surprised that the 4 night cruise does such a strange rotation, the same restaurant two nights in a row like that, any idea what the reason is behind that?

This is due to pirate night. If they rotated to each restaurant in a row, you would miss the rotational menu from the last restaurant because it would be pirate night when you are in there.

Couldn't sleep too much caffeine. :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

George, I have read over on the cruise board, (Tracy please correct me if I am wrong) you can request something off another restaurants menu and they will accommodate you. :goodvibes

They will try to make you happy with whatever you want. There are no set guidelines on this but if you want things from Palo, they probably won't do it, but the other menus being served that night, they will. I had a server get me a pizza from I don't know where one night LOL. It wasn't from Palo or room service, but it was too small for Pinocchios so I think it was made special for me :)

Thanks. I guess I can use it then..right?

I would like to use it as well, just not sure if I would be breaking any "rules" by just adding it to my signature, so I wanted to see if there was an original that we could copy from.

I asked another DISer to make it for us. Feel free to use it.

So what will it be like for you at 3 months? :cloud9: or

I will be

to get the 90 day dinner reservation I want.

Even thought I've been on Podcast Cruise lite for the past few weeks, it's nice to come home and find that nothing has changed. Has it?

Nope. :sad2:

Still cold. :cold:

Still crazy. :upsidedow

Still obsessed with cake. :cake:

Just counting down until the 4 month mark this week.:yay:

Soon to be double digits!!!!!:dance3:

Do we have any New Yorker here? I'm planning a trip to NYC in the summer with the kids and booked the Doubletree right on times square. Anyone wanna give me advice on what to do, where to go and neat places to eat. I have kids that will be 10, 8 and 4 at the time.

I live in Tribeca in NYC.. Take the kids to the museum of natural history on the upper west side their science center and planitarium are awesome (easy to get to by train, do not be afraid of taking the subway it will save you ALOT of $ and they are safe) You could also take the kids to FAO schwartz toy store and then walk around central park and hit the central park zoo.

Wax Museum and there is a Dave and Buster and ESPN zone in times square each one has a huge area where kids can play video games

We love the MoNH. :thumbsup2 I think FAO Schwartz closed. :confused3

Don't forget WOD and being a girly girl I highly recommend American Girl for your DD. Even at 4yo, she'll love it. You guys have to have a Dirty Water Dog. Yummo. :rotfl: Time Square has so much to see and do. The kids will love The Toys R US in Times Square it's huge. A must see. Madame Tussaud's is alot of fun. Of course there's the Statue of Liberty. There's a great candy store, I think it's called Dylan's Candy Bar. :scratchin

Don't ask me how to get to any of those places that's Paul's job. I'm sure he will chime in. He's at LSU for some class on collapsing building's or something. :confused3

How long are you staying? popcorn::

Sounds like some cool stuff! We have an American Girl in chicago that we hit often, but I'm sure we will go to this one too...she just getting old enough to be into it now.

We are staying 4 nights, so we should have time to hit most of the major attractions. Not sure about a show, we are going to see The Lion King in Lansing over spring break. If we like it we might think about another show while in NYC.

I love taking the train up to NYC and catching a show. Don't forget DVC members get a discount on tickets.

I was wondering if you can book a car with a driver through Dreams Unlimited? If not, what Transportation Company does Dreams Unlimited recommend?

We were thinking about renting a car to drive us from the Airport to the Dolphin

and then taking the car from the Dolphin to the Port...parking it at the Port (or doing the drop off) and then driving back from the Port to stay at the beach club for a week...Since we most likely will not use the car while we are on Disney Property. We are considering it may be about the same to just use a car service for the 3 different trips and then just use Magical Express on the way home.

We know DCL offers a service but we would rather not be on their schedule the day of the cruise

Looks like I'll be getting a cabin-mate and moving cabins again.....:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I think I need to send Tracy some roses or chocolates or something else spectacular for changing so much.:flower3:

I'm pretty sure she likes wine!

We do not book car services. I'll check to see if we are recommending any of these right now.

No chocolate please! It will kill my weight loss. Been doing great since Christmas (it helped to get sick  ).

I'm pretty sure she likes wine!

Rosa Regale would be my pick! :cutie:

;) :goodvibes
