Wow, finally caught up.

Cute story about names.

I have a sister named Kim. I will also have a Kim as a nephew soon (my oldest niece's fiance).

Christmas gets confusing, and if you aren't paying close attention, you aren't sure if someone is talking about girl-Kim or boy-Kim. Totally screwed DP up his first Christmas with that one.

My friend from high school had a dog named Chelsea. I went over to his house for Christmas one year and I had not seen him in a while. There was a very nice gift under the tree for Chelsea. I thought this was a little odd. Ends up his new GF was named Chelsea. So his dog and girlfriend had the same name.

Speaking of invisible friends. I was at Cold Water Creek today and saw the dress that Brandie had bought. I immediately though, it's the dress that Brandie bought.

I've been wondering about this too. They're gonna be next to us on the cruise. I think they posted a couple of times near the end of Five Alive but I never found out what they said. I remember the name (TheBeadPirate) in the post count list. It's not on this one so it must have been #5.

I feel your pain! When I was with my ex, I had the same circle of friends. We hung out every weekend and went dancing and just had fun all the time. Then I kind of blind-sided the whole lot of them when I left my now ex. No one saw it coming...I was keeping a lot of secrets at the time... I reunited with Matthew (high school sweetheart...complicated relationship) before my divorce was final and they all swore we'd still be friends for life. Well, we moved to Indy and have been here since 2001. The only folks that I have socialized with over the years has been co-workers and people I go to school with. No true friends...except DH of course! I'm thankful everyday for marrying my best friend...but it would be nice to have friends to hang out with too.

You guys are my social life. I've been lucky enough to meet a few of you already and I can truthfully say that you guys rock! This cruise is giving me the opportunity to meet more lifelong friends and i'm thankful each and every day!

After all..who knew that my BFF was that crazy gal who we all watched and waited while she was having little Evan?! You guys would be frightened with the similarities between us that we've uncovered thus far...

Same here, I married my best friend.
However DH is lucky as he lived in the same house all through his childhood and has kept a lot of his friendships to this day.
We won't be invisible for long.

Well we are back from the DIS meet in NJ. There was lots of things for the kids to do. Coloring, tattoos, make your own crown, paper bag puppets, cupcakes, cookies, and goodie bags too. Even the baby got a stuffed Winnie the Pooh.

I got to give a real 3D hug to Kathy and Lois and met her DUH Greg. What nice people. Kathy has beautiful eyes and Lois attracts kids just like a grandma. So sweet. I can't wait for everyone to meet them in 10 weeks. I got a bit teary when I hugged Kathy. I'm going to be a mess in May.

Poor people probably thought I was a mess. They got to see Chris and I in action with all 3 kids with us. They were running everywhere.

So....very.....sick.

I got a flu shot, but I could swear this is the flu. If it is, that would be the second year in a row that I got a different strain of flu than the flu shot was for and I would be very, very angry.

Nausea, aches and pains, fever, chills, weak. I went to bed at 6:00 p.m. last night (!) and didn't get up until 8:00 this morning. Then I just turned around a took a two hour nap. That's not right. Right?

Anyway, I'll be here for a minute, but wanted to explain my absence in case anyone noticed I wasn't around.

As for DH's coment well I get alot of virus's and colds, but that's because I am not pickled.
