good afternoon everyone :wave2: :wave2:

anyone watch lost last night???
It was amazing! Kristen actually called me at 10:10pm- something we almost never do! but wow!

I did! That's why I wasn't here last night (or in chat). ;)

Tracy, I think you skipped the answer to Dara's question.....

Thanks for that, Todd. I thought I was gonna have to bug AskTracy again. :thumbsup2

I see I did forget. I will check on this. I'm not sure how it can be handled. Like someone mentioned, there is the resort fee and parking if you will use it so it wouldn't be able to be prepaid completely.

I'm definitely using parking. ::yes::

Since we're among friends, and we all know that we are all OCD about WDW trip planning....

Todd mentioned several threads ago that he's maintaining a spreadsheet and several others of you admitted that you regularly do the same. I do something similar for all of our trips, but I use a table in Word. DH makes fun of me everytime I hand him his (by the way - reduced to fit in his pocket or camera bag and usually laminated) copy pre-trip, but he references it frequently and I KNOW he'd be disappointed if I didn't have it.

I downloaded a genericized version of the one for the cruise trip to share with you all, in case you're looking for your own way to be OCD like the rest of us. Maybe this is something that you might want to replicate. I think it's a pretty easy format to create and follow.

Yes. I do this every single trip. For me, it's a big part of the fun. :rolleyes1

Good Question.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I will have passengers arriving at the port, should I stop and give our baggage to the porters, drop off the peeps and then park and walk back to the terminal?

Hey Todd, were you actually LISTENING to the podcast yesterday? :confused3

Just kidding. I miss stuff too. More often than I like to admit ;).

Thanks, Dodie. You just made me feel really crummy about not having anything set in stone yet (No ADRs for example). And, as far as spreadsheets go, I have no idea how to create one. :confused3 I can barely use Microsoft Word.

I was just asking for those people that don't listen.....yeah that's it.

I will say that I make an itinerary too but it's in 'book' form. I print pages for each day, cut them out and slide them into one of those little photo albums. Around here it's the 'Disney Touring Book'.

Isn't that just as good?

Nice Intinerary Dodie!

Thanks. I do the "morning, afternoon, and evening" breakdown because it doesn't seem quite so obsessive-compulsive as an hour-by-hour schedule, but it allows me to enter specific times for things like ADRs.

I have a problem. At least I know it. There are worse things, right?

:rotfl:

I am the same way Dodie... except mine is in Excel. I LOVE Excel. Love it...

We went on an overnight trip to visit my son at his college... I made a laminated itinerary for my hubby. He thinks I am a bit nuts.

Four things I love:

Excel
Laminating sheets
My P-Touch
Highlighter markers

If you have a problem, I think 95% of us have a problem!!!
