That makes me ask the question....who is bringing an umbrella? I can't decide if I need one.

Usually May does not have huge amounts of rainfall, but I would bring one or a poncho anyway. There are often short afternoon thunderstorms, and it can rain pretty hard for those 15 - 30 minutes. With the weather being so crazy these days, I like to be prepared just in case.

i haven't done the paperwork yet either- i might try and start on it this weekend online and get my parents to start too.

still no news on mom's 'brain' surgery. waiting to hear from the doc- he was taking the case back to his board for review first for other ideas. hopefully we will know by early next week. it will happen before the cruise though most likely

It is good, which is probably a good thing for DH. He does not have to spend another day with me in the car. We have some of our best conversations in the car, not much to do but talk to each other. But, the discussion got a little deep yesterday and even with the psychology class school boy is taking, he wasn't quite prepared.
