You expect me to do math on a Sunday morning? :confused3

There are 875 cabins on the ship. Do do have at least 10% of the cabins.

Come on! You are up at the crack of dawn!

Yes, we do have 10%. COOL!!!!

That is AMAZING!!! Thanks to all the event coordinators involved. This is a huge undertaiking. :)

I wonder if all the DISers stood on one side of the boat if we would be able to tip it a little? Of course; if many of us are a bit "tipsey" it won't matter. :drinking1

Tracy do we have 10% of the cabins on the Wonder now?

On the Cruise Podcast, at 9 minutes 50 seconds, not only did Teresa ask about the boat tipping, but Pete also said that we have more than 10% of the passengers.

10 percent of 875 = 87.5, just move the decimal place ;)

Ok, ok... I had a typo. Instead of Do do, it should have said "We do". I know we have over 10%.

These are two different calculations.

There are 875 rooms on the ship. We have at least 91 so we have more than 10% of the rooms.

The ship will hold up to around 2700 guests. As Pete stated, we have over 300. Again this is more than 10% of the people on the ship.

We will likely end up with a higher percentage of guests versus cabins. There is a set number of cabins available. The total number of people possible varies. All but two of the cabins will sleep at least three guests. How many of you have less than three in your room? If you look at the list most of the rooms have one or two people. There is no way to get to the maximum possible guests if we have so many rooms with one and two people. If the cruise sells out, it will not likely be full, but there won't be rooms left to sell.

Make sense? (thanks Kathy for making me do the math on a Sunday!).

  Hi Sandy!!

Wow, Tracy, thanks for that info. That's really neat.

Did somebody say new pair of shoes?? :worship:

Now my head hurts!!

OK, so they really aren't "formal" anymore, but are there any formal nights on our podcast cruise?

The last night is now considered a "dress up night". Not considered formal, but some will wear tuxes.

My pleasure! Now you're ready for all those difficult that come the way of AskTracy on this Sunday afternoon. :lmao: :lmao:

Ugh. I dread formal night. I'm just not a "dress up" kinda girl.

We are planning to be at the "buffet" that night, no sense in bringing extra clothes. Unless my wife 1 wants me to dress up, cause unlike Paul I know who is really in charge!

I'm thinking your idea of the buffet is a pretty good one, Don! I don't think my family really wants to get all gussied up either (at least I know my husband doesn't!). And you're right...not having to bring a suit does free up a whole lot of space in the suitcase.

Every now and then I have a good idea, write it down though, it doesn't happen very often.

I love dressing up! I have to dig out Chris' tux to see if it still fits him. This may be very funny (like Steve Martin on Father of the Bride).:rotfl2:

Or the goofy guy (blue Ralph Macchio tux) with the hot wife on the Vi*gra commercial? (defers carrying her up the stairs)..??
