Ergonomics...reducing workplace injury and strain....the massage chair is to keep your blood flowing so you don't get clots and the screen is so you don't have to squint.
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

:goodvibes :goodvibes Tiggerbell, are you going to come to the Chicago area meet up in December? I read your trip report from the one over the summer and laughed myself out of my chair!!! It would be AWESOME beyond belief to meet you (as well as some other folks I suppose;) ) before the cruise.:goodvibes :goodvibes

Free at last, Free at last
My Computer is free at last!!!

Woo Hoo!

Funny how much we miss our little tech toys ain't it. Surfing on the couch, table, kitchen sure beats having to be attached to a chair.

Y'all have supplied with me a thousand laughs this afternoon! Thanks for that!! What a great thread! It's a very interesting stream of consciousness I must say. And once again, it worked its way back to food, this time Fettucine Alfredo, which I thought was pretty darn good at Epcot before they switched the Italian restaurant over to new "operators".

:thumbsup2 :lmao: :thumbsup2

Isn't that what life is all about??? Good food. Good laughs. Good People.

It is killing me that I can't do that day - I will be in EPCOT taking strange pictures of myself and my toy friends... OK - maybe it's not KILLING ME, but I'm really bummed about it!

Thanks :flower3: - I'm glad you liked the report - I love doing them!

Oh well. I hope you are planning on writing a post trip report, too. I just have to strap myself to my chair and be sure to have gone to the restroom beforehand. :lmao:

Sorry I haven't been around too much this week. I have had to get all my school work sone since it is my daughters birthday this weekend and we are busy. I will be back to my regularly scheduled posted next week!

I'm in the process of writing the 7th report and I just started the pre-trip for December's trip. When I get back from that, the May pre-trip report goes up! :surfweb:

So..... the rumor is there is going to be a Pirate and Princess Party on May 15th. That's the Friday after the cruise, hmmmmm.

I'm thinking of doing the one after that - on a Wednesday... that Friday nihgt I will be spending the extra magic hours wandering the World Showcase until midnight!

I'm so jealous of all of you that get to stay a few days before or a few days after our cruise. My work won't allow that.

I just can't keep up with you guys or this thread. I hope we're not intimidating the more timid podcast cruisers among us!:scared1:

We're coming in on Saturday morning early and heading for the MK during the day. We're open on Saturday night for whatever pre-podcast-cruise festivities are planned. (We're DVC members - staying at VWL that one night.)

We're staying at the BWV for two nights after the cruise (Thursday and Friday). We plan to spend a lot of time at Epcot and the Studios on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Our flight home isn't until late on Saturday afternoon - so we actually end up with almost a week away from home.

Dang!!! I was hoping for a Pirate and Princess party on the 9th! Oh well...

Yep! They'll find out on Christmas morning! I'm sooooooooo excited about the big reveal!!!

Can you tell I'm behind on my podcast thread reading?

However, I thought I'd wish you luck on Christmas morning. This is what happened when I tried to surprise my mother with her first cruise.

We got hit with a huge ice storm that Christmas, I had made it from Boston to Philadelphia and then the weather made everything come to a dead stop.
I was able to rent a car and get home on Christmas eve. We had no power, and our Christmas tree was in front of our big picture window, so the house was pretty dark.

We got up Christmas morning - still no power and opened presents by candlelight. I had gotten a photo album w/ one of those frames on the front - and put the itinerary in the frame.

Well, she opened it and was like "What is it?" - because it was so dark, she couldn't tell what it was - so the surprise wasn't as cool as I had anticipated but once I explained it to her - she was very excited. We went the following weekend and we were both hooked on cruising.

So, here is hoping your surprise goes better than mine did.:thumbsup2
