As in 99% of books made into movies, the book is always better. I'm trying not to compare the two and just enjoy each one as a seperate story. I like the movie, but love the book.

The books were better. If I hadn't read both Twilight and Midnight Sun I wouldn't have enjoyed the movie as much. The movie is more of a companion to the books - I watched it knowing what they were supposed to be thinking I really enjoyed it. And RPatz isn't too bad to look at for a brooding vampire.

Good morning all. Sorry you had to go in Brandie. I'm working from home today. Thank goodness. DH had to get up at 5:00 a.m. to snowblow the driveway and half of the alley so he could get out to go to work.

10 inches of snow is a big deal here in Indy.

We are getting it now.
Possible 10" by tonight, 4" so far.
I told the boss yesterday I wouldn't be in.
But that was because I worked all weekend, not the snow.

We didn't get nearly what y'all got, but it still made for some stoopid drivers. One yahoo raced by me only to wind up in the ditch a quarter mile up the road.

I LOVE seeing that happen!

I honk like the Road Runner when I go by.

Yea, don't you love the peeps with 4 wheel that think that means they can go 60 on ice. It only helps you if one of the wheels have traction....

Just because you have 4 wheel drive, does not mean that you have 4 wheel stop.

I have so many people make snide remarks to me about having 4-wheel drive and coming in late when I live so close to the office. Yes, 4-wheel drive helps me in snow. It does absolutely nothing on ice.

We love our neighbors. They always plow our driveway.

Our neighbor across the street is a landscaper and he uses his Bobcat to do ours, my neighbor and his neighbor, when it gets like this.
I bet hes glad we are both on a corner, 2 less driveways.
