Oddly enough...it's the same way here in Indy...

I didn't find Indy to be that bad. I have never been there at a busy time. I think Chicago scares me the most. Everyone drive 100 mph and are 2 feet away from each other.

Don't feel bad. I've lived here all my life and have trouble dealing with this. My real pet peeve are the people who insist on doing 50 in the left hand lane on the Turnpike. Usually a minivan filled with kids. Speed limit is 65, you can get away with 75 in most cases. Drive the limit or MOVE OVER!!! Don't make me launch a grenade.

My DH grew up there too. Sometimes it takes him a day or two to get into "NJ" driving mode.

OMG- my 11 year old would be all over that. Bacon is her #1 favorite food. I tell her that one day it's all going to come back to haunt her, but she's holding steady at around 10%tile in weight for her age.

When I go to a breakfast buffet, I get a plate just for my bacon strips! I am so looking forward to my breakfast at Boma next week!

I love me a good bacon weave! I have to wait until spring to smoke but I am so doing an oven version of this over the weekend. It's man law.
