I have to be to work by 7:45am and I live about 45 minutes away from the office...I don't have the luxury of working from home or really close to home just yet!

I'm usually at work around 8:15. I drop our Daughter off at my parents in the mornings. They only live 2 minutes away. Our Daughter catches the school bus at my parents. After I drop her off and visit for a bit I head to work. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to work.

So DVC-ers...I have a question. Do people ever rent points for just one night? In my dilemma here over using my prize, i've discovered that we would have to extend our stay by one night. If we do that...DH isn't to thrilled with the idea of moving hotels after just one night. So...I was nosing about and checked rates for one night at AKL and that's waaaaaaaaay out of our price range. I'm ok with the Dolphin, but again, DH doesn't want to change hotels.

On the drive to work this morning, I wondered about renting points. I looked at the DVC Calculator thing and saw that it would be 9 points for the night i'm looking for at AKL...assuming that would be available anyway.

So would I be able to rent points for one night from someone (over on the DVC boards) or does that just not happen?
