I'm glad to hear you're addicited to Mouse Fest because I've been dying to find out the deal. I don't understand what happens. Can you give me the skinny??

Hi Lauren. I describe Mousefest to my non Disney friends as a convention of Disney Internet communities. It starts with a 4 day cruise on the Wonder Sunday to Thursday and then 5 days in various parks. Different communities sponsor different meets. A lot of them are just a bunch of us getting together and going on a ride at the same time. There is the Mega MouseMeet where all of the communities have tables in a large ballroom (It was at the Beach Club Convention Center this past year) The Dis rented out Toy Story Mania for 3 hours on Saturday night and we got to ride over and over and they served desserts and coffee and there was a cash bar. It was wonderful. The website is mousefest.org. They will probably start stuff sometime in September or October. It is a lot of fun. Go once and get addicted.

And............?

Whatever floats your boat.....or ship:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I know it will need some updating once the Podcast Crew announces details on what is confirmed and when...as well as a snazzy name for going to MK...and maybe some more specific stuff...and something about lunch on Friday....and I was gonna see about Expedition Everest....and I've never planned like this for Disney, so if anyone has advice--I am all ears. (not affiliated with Deb's site:goodvibes ). I usually am in charge of conquering Cedar Point for a group (of like 6) so yeah.....:moped: :moped:

So, do you Twilight people read anything else? I know, I am being sacrilegious in saying I didn't get into the book, but is there someone else you read? Can we talk about some other books too?

I like Nora Roberts, Harry Potter and Christine Feehan to name a few.

One of my favorites is Nora's J.D. Robb series In Death. I think i've read the entire series to date at least 2 or 3 times. They are wonderful!!!

I do love the Death series. There is a new one out at the end of the month. I keep waiting for Eve to end up pregnant. Her and Roarke with a baby. :goodvibes :goodvibes And Sommerset changing diapers.

I just finished 12 books that our team had to read for Battle of the Books. I read them so I could help with questions, etc. I'm the coach so I felt I should. They were pretty good, mostly for grade 5-8. Some fiction and non fiction, classics and new books. It was fun. I guess if I had to pick Hanas suitcase was my favorite and The misadventures of Maude March was good. Riding Freedom would be third.

I read a lot of random romance. Jude Deveraux, Nicholas Sparks, etc.

I haven't read Nicholas Sparks, I like happy endings. I really like Jude Deveraux's earlier stuff. I got hooked with her Velvet series. I think you would like Lynsay Sands vampire series. It starts with "Single White Vampire" I think it was just reissued.

Sommerset would be awesome with a baby. Roarke and Eve, on the other hand, would have me in hysterics. I don't know which one would be more horrified. I laughed for hours at the scene with them in the delivery room with Mavis!! :lmao:

How about "Cruising the Kingdom"?

I like that name!!
