I'm trying to figure out park passes too...if it's not that much more expensive, I may buy one that is a bit longer than I need for this trip but with the no-expiration option on it. That way I have it for a possible MF trip!

I hear ya. Its extra incentive to go. Plus I really wanna go for Marathon Weekend...even though there is no way I can do the marathon, I can surely do the 5k and the Half...

In past trips I have purchased the 10day non-exp passes. It works out much better to spend the little extra now and have them for 2 or 3 or more trips in the future. I still have some from 5 years ago with pluses left on them. I'm using them to hit DQ this trip.

I have my AP from my Mousefest trip, so I don't have a problem with park entry. My only problem is guilt. I don't think I can leave my step mom to go to the Magic Kingdom on Thursday the 14th. She isn't getting any park tickets, so I can't drag...I mean bring her to MK for that day. I figure we are going to hang out on the Boardwalk and Downtown Disney. Maybe watch Illuminations from the Boardwalk, or our room, if we get a decent view of Epcot (not counting on that). She is leaving on Friday, so DATW is not a problem.

I was asking DH what he wanted to do about park tickets for the cruise and he promptly decided we all needed to sit down together and sort it out. All I can say is a big thanks Todd! I plan to print the spread sheet and see what we can take in and use that to help sort out park tickets.

DH tends to need the visual and DD is 7 - I am going with the idea that if she gets into 1 or 2 parks and does at least 2 KP missions at Epcot she will be happy.

What's everyone without AP's doing?

We're actually thinking about doing universal for a day or 2 after the cruise. Of course, if we win one of those free 7 day passes from the superbowl, that would seal the deal!

Sounds like lots of fun, I think I'm in the same similar boat as the PTSO President, JV Basketball Coach, 4th Grade basketball, 2nd grade basketball, flag football and all around guy who can't say no.

I hear ya! I need to get my rear in gear for a 3rd grade vday party, buy all the food for DS's den for winter camp. Then I need to pull a rabbit out of a hat by coming up with snacks for all 4 days of state exams for 300 3/4/5th graders with a total budget of $150.

Thank GOODNESS our carnival was last year. I had to buy all the game prizes so I know *all* the novelty toy sites out there which helps immensely with our FE gifts!

Thanks for the reminder. I've got to come up with a craft for 20 2nd graders for their Valentine's Day party next Friday.

How funny. My mom told me the other day that my volunteering is a blessing. That's when she told me that her selling a bear for $710 was a blessing, and I told her I wanted one, too. I TRULY love volunteering. That is why I don't work. I am at our elementary school every single day volunteering. I've got those kids so confused, they all think that I just work there. I wouldn't change my life for anything. Well, maybe a little more play money. But, I am very fortunate to have the life I do. I just wish that events didn't all happen at once. It stresses me out!

I am at our elementary school every single day volunteering. I've got those kids so confused, they all think that I just work there. I wouldn't change my life for anything. Well, maybe a little more play money. But, I am very fortunate to have the life I do. I just wish that events didn't all happen at once. It stresses me out!

I have parents that think I'm a teacher. Guess they're not paying too close attention at back to school night!

The good thing about being up there is that I know all the kids in my kids 2 grades- the good ones and the shall I say behaviorally challenged. It's going to be hard next year when DD goes to middle school bcs I wont know her friends or their parents.
