First ever adult trip, no parks, just doing whatever. Now, tell me what I need to do...lol

There's so much to do!!

California Grill is a great reservation to have on the list for those fireworks! I often like to do a little monorail trip before going there. I used to do a pre-dinner drink at Mizner's Lounge in Grand Floridian (that's closed now, but you could try our the new Beauty and the Beast themed bar there and tell us all how it is!). Plus, GF has a wonderful lobby to hang out in, you can listen to the band play, poke your head in the shops. Post California Grill dinner you could swing over to Polynesian for Trader Sam's. That's my favorite adult disney place. The Poly arguably has enough for a whole separate trip on a different day too: gorgeous grounds, you can also see the fireworks from there, dole whip, Kona Cafe breakfast, Ohana, Trader Sams.

Since you're staying at Coronado you could try out the new Toledo restaurant in the Destino tower, great looking lounge up there too. And the new floating bar and grill on the lake!

Disney Springs would make for a good night. Do some light shopping. Get a nice dinner (I like The Edison for its unique environment. And they have live entertainment late nights. STK and Morimoto are both incredible restaurants, though pricey). And if you want some entertainment, you could try out The Void. I did the Star Wars VR experience there and its truly unbelievable. Would love to do the Wreck it Ralph one too.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is fun to hang out in. Go in the afternoon to take in the animals from a lookout point (I think they book tours too?). And you could eat at Sanaa or Jiko.
Or Wilderness Lodge! Geyser Point is a wonderfully relaxing place to lounge with a drink, or eat lunch on a nice day. You really feel like you've escaped Florida, and get to look out over that beautiful lake. From the Lodge, you can take a boat to Fort Wilderness where you could have dinner at Hoop Dee Doo Revue (come hungry, they just keep on serving!), or roast some smores at Chip and Dale's campfire singalong and watch a Disney movie under the stars.

As others have mentioned: the Boardwalk is awesome. I recommend a dinner at Flying Fish. Incredible food. Tip: I would sit at the bar. Some of the servers there are sort of like automatons, but the bartenders are friendly and fun to talk to. One even gave my father in law a little peek at how they cook their steaks (over an open wood flame). And then you could head to the connected Abracadabar, listen to the dueling pianos at Jellyrolls, or watch Epcot fireworks from the bridge.

And keep in mind that all resorts will have holiday decorations up. So its worth it to hop around and see those!

You must do the resorts for their decorations. I’d start at the MK resorts. Take the MK bus then hop on the resort boat to Poly. Walk along lake path to GF or monorail. you can buy a gingerbread tile from the gingerbread house in lobby. So much to look at. I think GF is one of my fav resorts. Don’t forget to walk around the grounds. Then monorail to CR to check out their decorations too.
walk to boat dock at the back of the resort to take the boat to WL or Ft. W.
the WL lobby and huge tree is impressive. Assuming you went to WL first then take the boat to Ft.W. Perhaps make a late lunch or dinner res at Trails End. We love the buffet. Pass by the restaurants and you’ll find the stables. We love walking thru checking out the pony pens, then go into the barn where the draft horses are kept. If there’s a CM free they love telling you about them. They also have carriage and wagon rides around the fort where you can see all the decorations people put up on their trailers or motor homes and around their campsite.
This is probably a full day. Maybe next day you can check out the Epcot Resorts then walk over to DHS and take the bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge, to check out their decorations, maybe a cocktail at their beautiful bar, walk over to Kidani and as you walk to the end of their lobby outside they have a great savanna lookout. This would be a good place for dinner, either Saana at Kidani or Boma at AKL.

At Disney Springs they have a Christmas Tree Trail. Very pretty.

Guess what guys? I got a one day ticket so we can at least go to Epcot for Festival of the Holidays. So...along with what you have mentioned, I gotta get my WS fix as well. I knew it would happen :rolleyes1

That’s great. Then you can combine touring the Epcot resorts with your Epcot Park day.

Yes! I started thinking...how am I going to go to the Boardwalk, YC and BC WITHOUT doing EP(my favorite park)? I knew that if I tried to skip it, I would be sad lol. Especially while a festival is going on!

I don't think anyone mention this yet but definitely make a reservation for Raglan Road in Disney Springs. It's a must!

absolutely the MOST DISAPPOINTING reservation we held on our last trip ..... I'll never go again. Arrived EARLY for our ressie and was not seated until 40 minutes AFTER. Folks arriving LATE for their ressie seated b4 us. Finally seated, could not see the stage at all.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
