We have all experienced Disney (or will have). For those of you who have already been, where was your first Disney Stay!!

My first disney stay was at the CBR in 1992. I loved it. I even went back last year 10 years after I had been there the first time. I love that place.

My first stay was in April, 1972, at Fort Wilderness Campground. I can't remember much about it. Our next trip was 1995, and we stayed in the bungalows at Disney Village, which I think is in converstion to DVD. After that we've stayed at SOG, BWI, BWV, GF, BC, AKL, CSR and CR. Except for CSR, we'd go back to any of them. But we will try the Swan in about 12 days!

February 2002, stayed at ASMo...it was my first trip, though DH had been there when in high school....also DS and DD's first time. We are hoping to go back again someday!!!

My first onsite stay was in 1994. It was a split stay between the Beach Club and Port Orleans Riverside. I won the trip. What a thrill. Needless to say, I've never stayed offsite since then. Have stayed at all three All Stars, French Quarter and the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

My first on site stay was for my 10th anniversary. We stayed at the Polynesian in 1987. Will be back in Aug or OCt for our 25th.

ASMu in August 2000 and we really enjoyed it...I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My first stay was Feb. 98 at the ASMu. I really enjoyed this resort. I would stay here again if I need to be on a tight budget. :)

our first stay on-site was in 93 at the contemporary. having 2 boys, it was really great for them with the monorail and the arcade.

First TRIP for DH and I was in 1989...our honeymoon! But we made the mistake staying off-site. Five years (and 8 trips) later, now we only stay on-site. First hotel was Dixie Landings...they may have changed its name, but not our love of this resort!

My first stay was in 1980 and it was at the wilderness campgrounds. At least that is what I think. We were in a winnebago and stayed very close.

I was 10 at the time.

:smooth:

My first stay was in 1980 when I was two and we stayed at Fort Wilderness in a camper. I really don't remember anything about that trip but I have seen the pictures.

First stay was at GF in 1992. Have stayed on-site a total of 28 times. Stayed at GF, WL, AKL,DL, BWI and Poly.

My first trip was 1978 and I was 7 years old. We stayed at a Mariott off site. My first stay on site was 1993 at CBR with my little sister.

Our first stay was 1987 in the Fort Wilderness Trailer Homes (they've all been replaced now with the Cabins). Greatest place for a family with kids and a budget. This year we're staying there for 2 days as part of DS's graduation trip, reliving fond memories as our "kids" are now 23 and 20. At least 15 trips between those years for me!

Summer of 1980 @ FW Campground. I was 16 and our family stayed at dozens of campgrounds while I was growing up. FW was the first one I'd ever stayed at that was carpeted with crushed sea shells.

A couple days ago we came across a picture from that trip of me in my short shorts, terry cloth shirt and feathered hair standing next to Mickey and Minnie!

I will never forget my first Disney Stay. WE arrived at the WL at 1:30am in the morning, very tired we went right to bed and when we woke and looked out the balcony we were surrounded by this huge lake!! We had no idea there was so much water in WDW, and the view was amazing! We never wanted to leave the resort!

Our first stay at WDW Resort was the Wilderness Lodge in 1994. It was practically brand new at the time - open for less than a year.

Our first stay in 1988 was in the old Wilderness Homes (now replaced by the cabins). And in some ways FW is still our favorite resort. Although the Poly last October was awesome! This year in October we'll stay at the BCV (rented points) and AKL. I still want to do another camping trip at FW!

I am enjoying reading where everyone had their first memorable stay!
MLAinVA-I am going to the Swan this summer. I would love to know what you thought about it when you come back from your trip!

Our first stay stayed in GF in 1989 in the RPC. But when we went to other resorts in other years we compared the resorts to the GF and the GF is a great place. And we are going there for the third time this summer!!!!:smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth: :smooth:
