First Disney Experience - Strategy

My wife and I will be traveling to Disney and staying at a resort for our first time April 27,2020 for 4 days. We are mainly thrill seekers, however we will be at IOA, SW, Universal, and Discovery Cove before Disney. One issue I will be dealing with is a cast on my right leg below the knee I recently acquired this week. I selected days at Epcot & MK with evening EMH while electing to skip morning EMH @ AK and HS thinking the 1 extra hour would not be worth the crowd level. Wanted to get some options or suggestions on current plans and what may be more efficient for two adults mainly seeking thrill rides with not much care for shows. In addition any help in regards to advice on ECV or wheelchairs because I don’t believe I have it in me to be on crutches that long.

27th April/ HS / FP plans
TOT 1015am/ RNRC 1120am/ MFSR 140p
Will uber 2hrs before RD and try and get a boarding group. Not too concerned with SDD or MMRR personally but if had to choose I’d go SDD to rope drop. Even had thoughts of skipping the EMH evening hours at MK if I can grab a FP for the 29th allowing MK to be on a non EMH day.

28th Epcot / FP Plans
TT 950am/ Space Earth 1050Mission space 1205 pm
Figured rope drop FEA than head to Soarin.

29th Magic Kingdom/ FP Plans
Space Mountain 1030am/ Peter Pan Flight 1145am / 7DMT 2pm
Rope Drop BMR/SM/Pirates Caribbean/ Jungle Cruise/Haunted Mansion.
Should I move my Space Mountain time back after Peter Pan like 1-2 due to ride lineup before?

20th Animal Kingdom / FP Plans
KS 935am/ EE 1035am/ FOP 2pm
Rope drop Navi than?


I am constantly trying to modify my times throughout the day and hope to acquire earlier times to start 4th FP. If for some reason I can’t based on the current plan what changes should I make?

EP: I'd start with Soarin' and hope to get FEA as 4th FP for later in the afternoon. I don't think it's worth the long trek to FEA and back to Soarin'. You might be able to do Soarin' 2x before your TT FP or do TT single rider once before the FP.

MK: If you can move SM after PP, that gives you a little more flexibility with your morning. But if you can't, remember, that FP is good until 11:45, so don't rush to get there right at 10:30.

AK: You should be able to rope drop Navi before your Safari. Make time for Dinosaur and Primevil Whirl (if it's open) between EE and FOP.
