First day arrival plans

So our flight arrives at 10:50am...when do you think I can expect to start my day at the parks? I plan on going to AK the first day since there's not as many attractions. I'm just not sure how long it takes to a) get to disney from the airport b) do whatever pre-check in stuff necessary and c) get to AK

Figure around 2:00p or so.
