First cruise in March

This will be mine and my daughter's first cruise. My husband has been on several cruises before (but not Disney). I have absolutely no idea how to plan for this cruise. I have researched the Disney site but am sure there are a lot of things that may not be included there but would be nice to know. So, if any of you "veteran" Disney cruisers would be willing to give me some pointers and hints I would be very grateful!!!

We need more information to be much help. Age of daughter? Length of cruise? Eastern or Western if 7 day....

Bottom line, you'll have a blast. We're doing number 10 on the Magic in Feb.

Ok, thanks!! Youngest daughter is 5 and the oldest will be 10. We will be on the Disney Wonder for 4 days departing on March 21st.

Also hoping to go for another back to back cruise in March. It was SO wonderful last February. DD is CM on Magic, so have loads of hints. You will just LOVE it! Pack little. (clothes cheap in Caribbean). Dont wait til the end of week to settle your bill: we did it every 2 days at GS. Make sure you lose 10lb before you go............. cos you will gain it on board! Nat

One thing that helped me a ton was this book on Disney cruises. It was soo helpful. It had info on all ports and guided you all the way from booking to packing to getting on the ship to the resturants and easy ways to get off fast and painlessly. Dont knoe what it is called, loned it to neighboors but might want to look in your book store

I think the book Hack1vball is talking about is the passporter. You can find it at www.passporter.com or in some larger book stores. I buy one for every trip. It is loaded with information, excursions, even a packing list. I highly recommend it.
