They also have that whale dig that the young kids like but only at certain times so check the schedule.

Also the plastic "funnel" bottles they serve Coronas in make decent sand toys in a pinch. Don't jusge

Now sure if DCL is also like the resorts and you can check bags from airport to stateroom??

It depends - if you are coming straight from the airport on the day of the cruise (not something I'd recommend), yes, they will pick up your luggage for you if you tag them. If you come in the day before and stay either at the MCO Hyatt or at WDW and take DCL transfers, they will pick up luggage in the morning for you and send it ahead.

However, even if you are not taking DCL transfers, you drop your luggage off as you enter the parking area to the terminal and its taken care of so it's not like you have to haul it up and into the terminal and to your room. Just carry on luggage.
