First bookings after buying DVC resale went much better than I expected!

DVC resale is great, the only hotels I've had a hard time booking at 5 months are polynesian island tower and beach club villas.

Have been able to get vgc for two holidays, og polynesian, grand floridian and Vero beach on my own.

I got polynesian island tower with member services intervention after system glitch so now we will see if bcv budges as we get closer, but I think it's been great with persistence the reservations I've been able to grab!
