Hi All

We're going to DLP 28/7-1/8 and I'm just starting to pull together a trip plan.

Saturday 28/7
Arrive Hotel New York approx. 2.00pm
Sandwich from Earl of Sandwich and walk round lake (if fine), drink in Sequoia Lodge bar, pool time, dinner at HNY
Go to Disneyland Park for evening

Sunday 29/7
Early breakfast (7.00am)
Park for EMH opening (check times), visit Salon Mickey
Sunday Brunch @ the Steakhouse (Or should we do Inventions instead?)After lunch – look at shops, relax in hotel pool, then head for Studios
Do Moteurs – Action/Animagique/cinemagique
Late evening – Disneyland Park for evening

Monday 30/7
Start in Disney Studios – do all rides, see parade. Grab light lunch if needed.
Go to Disneyland Park – dinner at Walts

Tuesday 31/7
Coach tour of Paris, dinner at Hard Rock cafe (book for 7.30 - is this reasonable?)

Wendesday 1/8
Early breakfast
Possible hour ot two in park
Depart for hotel near Parc Asterix

I want to make best use of my shareholder discount - is there anywhere I should try I've not included? Or anywhere better that I should go to instead of the choices I have?

TIA!

Sounds good, if you haven't already done so try & make your dinner ressies at the concierge when you get there as it maybe busy & you may have to wait till late to eat.

When you say do coach tour of Paris and then eat at HRC at 7.30 - is this the one from Disney or are you talking about a HOHO bus or Foxity tour ?

I'd highly recommend Foxity, we had a great tour and even learnt things I didn't know about Paris

From what I'm reading and the type of food I eat I'd rather do Inventions than the Steakhouse but as there are characters at both I won't be going to either in the near future :goodvibes

I was going to do the tour from HNY (as we're staying there!) Because we're arriving from elsewhere in France rather than from home I thought it would be easier, and I like that there's a boat section.

I think we might do the Inventions brunch and eat at the steakhouse one evening as we prefer steak to carvery;)

Thanks for the tips!

If you are staying in Paris after the coach tour and making your own way home after eating at the HRC it would be cheaper to do the whole day yourself

A mobilis travel pass zones 1-5 costs 14,20€ per adult and a Paris visit 10€ for children under 10
That covers you for your whole days transport on all RER-Metro-Bus

A boat trip costs 11€ with Bateaux Mouches from Pont d'Alma and a Foxity tour is 14€ adult, reduced for the under 26s and free for children.

If you wanted steak at reasonable prices you could go to Val d'Europe and eat at Hippo

http://www.hippopotamus.fr/index.php?c=produitmoment

They have all sorts of offers including -30% off all mains on orders placed between 14.30-19.30 in the week :goodvibes

No, we're staying at HNY that night, leaving the next morning.

I just fancy having someone else make the decisions and decipher the signs for onece - as the only fluent French speaker in our party of 4 it can get tiring! (especially with 18 and 12 y.o. wanting different things - if its not up to me they can't argue so much:rotfl:)
