First Alaska cruise. Best stateroom choices?

now that you have experienced both, what did you think comparing the two?

We were still sleeping in an inside (my parents had the veranda), but I would go to Alaska in an inside again for sure. We spent tons of time on deck and while having a bit of space on the veranda would have been nice after the kids were asleep, I didn’t miss it.
