Hi FIRMies! Just checking in with a quick Cathe article to share. Kinda cute:

For me--eh, things honestly are in total disarray. No one can figure out what is wrong with me; last Saturday my mom had a heart attack (on her birthday, nonethless) and is still in ICU with kidney failure; and yesterday my dh was diagnosed with skin cancer (we're hoping only localized, he has to have some lymph nodes tested). So, to say that this has been a pretty miserable week is quite an understatement. I'm just trying to keep my head up, and realize that as yucky as things are here, some people still have it much, much worse. Things will get better.
I'm glad to see you're all still working out and doing so well! I'm walking in the mornings (just the most beautiful autumn weather), but I'm on diuretrics and can't be very far from home because I'm peeing all the time (had to mention my pee for s&k'smom!

). My weight has gone up around five pounds, but my clothes aren't really tight yet, and at this point I'm not stressing over it. And honestly, does it really matter that I weigh 132 pounds and not 127? No, it doesn't, so I'm not giving a flyin' flip.
Hope you all are well and happy and please know I'm thinking of you!
