Kim, isn't it really great!! I know what yo mean about Cathe. I have only done her once since I got the new Firm series. I love Cathe, but boy can she do a number on ya. Sometimes by the time I finish I just wnat to pass out!!! I'm taking Cathe break for the time being. I'll do the whole month rotation and then I'll get back to Cathe. I might throw Cathe in on a rest day, but we'll have to see. I'm loving the new series. Especially all the Jiggle free's . I think they are all my favorites.
Melanie, wtg. I noticed that yesterday wehn I was doing Allies tape, I didn't switch and was using my 15 pound weights for all of my upper body work as well. Actually, i think the only other pound weights I used was the 5's! Your upper body will thank you for allt he extra hard work you are putting into it. BTW, to add a little more intensity, on Stephanie's UCB, I have been using my 8 pound weights for the tall box climb and boy do you feel the burn.

I'm a glutton for punishment!!! Don't tell anyone, but I actually think kicking it up like that is fun!

I would definitely recommend the new Firm system with the incline. There are some new moves and the workouts are fun.
