FIRMIES!
Yesterday was not an off-day, after all. I felt so bad when I got home from work that I ate dinner & left the clean-up to DH. I took a nap - a solid hr.+ nap. I awoke at 8 PM, hung out w/ DS(10) until his bedtime at 9:30 and then did Cardio Sculpt Blaster w/ Lisa. Late night workouts are not for me, but this workout went well. Then I stayed up until midnight (a real rarity for me!) and slept well until 5:30 AM.
This morning, I did CA&WT. I love this workout & it went well. If I can get up early tomorrow, I'll try another long tape, probably Cardio Sculpt w/ Allie.
I won't be on the Bds. for Sun. & maybe Mon. because it's time for 2 day field trip to visit colleges w/ DS(17). It's a five hour drive to upstate NY, near Cooperstown. So Mon. may not be a FIRM workout, but college tours in rural campuses certainly qualifies as a cardio workout.
