Firm Ceremony Times?

The Disney weddings website shows ceremony times of 12:00 and then 2:30 for the Pavilion. Has anyone ever had a different time? 2pm?

They are spaced that way to hold multiple weddings in one day. They might be able to change it if there are no other weddings scheduled that day, but I'm not sure. That spacing puts about 2 hours after one ceremony for the next to start, so they can change floral, move guests, and such.

I think if you have any special reasons for a different time they will accommodate you accordingly if they can. My daughter got married at the WP on a Saturday evening but our ceremony had to be after sundown because it was a Jewish ceremony and it had to be after sundown because of the Sabbath. They worked with her that way. They also had a pre-reception cocktail hour while we were doing pictures and that way the guests had something to eat and drink before the ceremony at 8:30 because the reception didn't start until sometime after 9 pm. It worked out very well!

Yes they will move the times if they don't have someone in the next slot but they won't confirm that till much nearer the time.
