On our first night in the area where can we see the MK fireworks good if we don;t go into the parks???

We saw bits and pieces of Wishes from the boat transportation over to WL from MK one night.

you can see them from the beach at the Polynesian, nice view, and you may be able to see the electrical boat parade as well.
Maybe have a character dinner beforehand at Ohana and really get into the Disney Spirit without going in the parks the first day .
