Fireworks viewing 101

Hello DLR disboarders! I am in need of tips on viewing fireworks with minimal crowd crush and exasperating wait times. Not looking for prime location necessarily, just a spot or planning tip that can be helpful. For instance- restaurant patio site - any kind of reservations like the dessert F! package?

At WDW, we usually plan a late dinner at the castle and it lets out to a prime viewing spot every time without the 1-2 hr. wait. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

I don't think there is any fireworks viewing party like the one for Fantasmic or at WDW.

Usually, we've been able to get a really good spot on Main Street about where the shops end without waiting for more than 15-minutes.

I've not tried to get into the center of the hub near the Walt statue so I don't know what that is like, but last Thursday we were able to get a spot outside the of the main hub (near the railing) just before the show started.

I'm with you on this one.
We stood on Main Street, kind of towards to beginning of Main Street, where that coffee shop is at, and I felt like it was a great view. also not crowded because most people are in front of you at that point. We got our spots about 15 mins before fireworks began. I think anywhere on Main Street will give you the best view.
It was cute, right when the lights dimmed all these fathers picked up their little girls and put them on their shoulders so they could see.
Everyone did it at the same time which i found adorable and funny.
