We've always stayed forward, but I have a deck 6 starboard, far aft verandah booked for a Magic cruise. Should we be able to see the pirate night fireworks from our verandah? Thanks!
possibly, if part of the veranda wraps around onto the starboard side. The fireworks usually ignite close to mid ship, then "drift" aft.
On the other hand, if you are able to see them from your veranda, DCL might ask you to stay indoors for safety reasons. I believe that they give impacted rooms a notice / order to stay off the veranda during the fireworks.
I guess I should have clarified... the room is about halfway between the tail of the ship and the aft elevators, so it's very much on the starboard side.
