Fireworks to WOC

If I stand near the train station on MS at watch the 9:30 Fireworks....can I make it to WOC at 10:15 (DCA closes at 10)? It will just be me, I am small and quick Will they let me into DCA?

As long as you get to DCA before 10:00 pm, they'll let you in. Disneyland Forever is about 15 minutes long, so it should finish up with enough time to get over to DCA. There have been reports that if you have a valid FP for the 10:15 WOC, they'll let you in after 10:00 pm, but I haven't tried that.
