Fireworks/Shows first week of February 2016

Is there a way to know *almost* for sure when the fireworks and shows will be on in early February? We hate crowds so were planning to go Monday-Thursday but if we can see any of the shows or fireworks by choosing those dates then I will change it to maybe be Sunday-Wednesday. If we had to change it would it be better to add a Sunday crowd-wise or a Friday?

Whenever we have gone at that time of the year Fireworks and Fantasmic! only happens on Fri - Sun.

I like to book Sunday as our first day in the parks. This way we don't miss entertainment that isn't scheduled weekdays. Ride lines will be longer on Sunday but if the line is too long we just skip the ride. Knowing we'll have shorter lines through the week.

As Geemo said... only Friday, Saturday and Sunday. WOC was a nightly show, but the fireworks are on weekends only. The possibility does exist of cancellation of the fireworks. We have been to DL 3 times in February and it does happen. Sunday will be busier than Friday and you can get a lot done before the locals hit the parks on Friday after work. I like to grab a bench in front of the castle for the fireworks, but if you only have a few days it might not be the best use of your time. Fireworks usually go off around 8:40 and because they are only shown on weekends, it will be busy

In general, the only time that F! and/or fireworks will be presented on a weekday in February will be on President's Day Monday. Other than that, F! and fireworks are generally only on Fri, Sat, and Sun. This year was an anomaly (in that F! was presented nightly) because WoC was undergoing a lengthy refurb, which mean the usual nightly show was not available. Unless they have to do another lengthy refrub of WoC, I doubt F! would be nightly in February in 2016.

We went to DL feb of this year the half week (wed, thurs, Friday) just prior to presidents day, and we saw fantasmic on wed night. There were no fireworks during our time there. WOC was closed for the whole time.

F! ran nightly this winter, but that was because WoC was down. Usually WoC runs nightly throughout the year and F! is only on the weekends. I wouldn't count on 2016 being similar to 2015 in terms of nightly winter time F! performances unless WoC goes down for another lengthy refurbishment in 2016.
