If we want to see the fireworks while eating at Narcosse, what time should I make my ADR for? we'll be there 12/14-12/22 & I know some days are Mickey's Christmas Party which throws off (or cancels) the Wishes fireworks

Your best bet is probably to wait for the Dec hours before you try to figure that out. The hours and fireworks schedule will be out around June 1 from what I've been told, so you'll have time to look it over before you can make ADRs anyway. I'm playing that same waiting game, a bit impatiently because June 1 is my ADR date AND the date the park hours come out for most of our trip.

ETA: In looking at last year's park hours, it looks like on party nights, Wishes was at 6 and then the special Wishes was later. I hope that's the case this year too! It would be great to have a regular dinner time and still get to see the fireworks. :)

Don't forget that if it is a night for MVMCP, even though Wishes will not be seen, you can still see Holiday Wishes. I would plan to make an ADR about 45 minutes prior to whatever time the fireworks start. It gives you a little time incase you have to wait a few minutes to be seated and it also is a short amount of time to which you would not be done dinner if you were seated right away.

We had an ADR for Narcoossee's about 45 minutes before Wishes. And we had just ordered our desserts when they started. We had no problem going out on the balcony to watch and have the waiter bring them to us when they were over.

Did the same thing with an ADR at Ohana's. ADR 45 minutes before Hallowishes.

I thought I read that last year, Wishes went off at park closing, and the Holiday Wishes show was later during MVMCP? They don't do it that way for Halloween, I know, because it isn't dark early enough, but last year's park hours on wdwinfo.com show Wishes at 6 on the nights of the party.

We went to MNSSHP last year the first week of October. Any nights that there was a party there was not a showing of Wishes, only Hallowishes. Because as mentioned, above the parks closed to the general public around 6pm.

I'm sure the same goes for MVMCP.

While it is very good to get a window seat at Narcoossees, if you want to see Wishes, you may find that you will need to go outside to the deck to watch anyway for the best view because most everyone who does not have a window seat does and they may block your view.

I agree with Paul. We ate at Narcoosee's with a 7:40 pm reservation, then went out onto the dock to watch Wishes before dessert. We had watched Wishes at MK 2 nights earlier and decided that Wishes is best viewed from the dock at Narcoosee's. By the way, the surf & turf was awesome!
