Fireworks in October?

Does anyone know what dates and times fireworks are in October?? I will be there on October 28th (a Friday), and I was wondering if anyone knew, or where I could find out this information?

There are fireworks that night (I think 9:15-9:20 pm). I've looked up the schedule for the day. I have heard they can sometimes get cancelled if it's windy, though!
