The only way to be turned away is if you go during a black out period. July 3 & 4 Dec 30 & 31 are blackout dates. Or if they already have too many people up there. Remember if you are not staying at BLT you can not drive over and park in the BLT parking lot to go to the lounge. The parking lot guard will turn you away. You will have to arrive via Disney Transportation.

If you have a cash reservation or used your points to stay at ANY Disney owned resort and you are a DVC member you can access the lounge.

What if I am a dvc member staying on a magic your way package? Will u be turned away in the lounge?

Except on block out dates, members have access to the TOTWL as long as they are staying at a Disney owned & operated resort at WDW. On the block out dates (7/3, 7/4, 12/30 & 12/31) you must be using your membership to stay at BLT to have access.

Official policy is they must be staying on your reservation. Most likely, they won't deny them access if it's not crowded.

Does anyone know what the hours of the lounge are? Can you go up there and hang out during the day as well?
