Fireworks from Tokyo Dining

We're hoping to have supper at Tokyo Dining on a day in January. We'd love to watch the fireworks from the table if we can. The forecasts call for low crowds that day, so what time should we book the ADR to see Illuminations at 9:00?

We do this every year on DH's birthday. We get 8:15 ADRs and still show up a little early to ask for a table at the window, telling them we're willing to wait. We've always gotten the window seat and a great view of IllumiNations, often while eating the b-day dessert they bring out!

1) But, without a window seat, no view of Illuminations.
2) You would have to go out on the deck.
