Fireworks from Poly beach?

are you allowed to go to the poly to view fireworks if you aren't staying or eating there??

What if we will be eating at Ohana at 3:30? Can we go back for fireworks?

And lastly, Can you hear the music from there? I've heard mixed things on this.

Yes, you are. They aren't piping in the music, though, as of when we were there in October.

I think it depends where you're at on the beach for the music - It used to be piped in in front of the Hawaii building...
