We have 8:10 dinner ressies for Crystal Palace and Wishes starts at 8. Will we be able to see it al all? Do people get up from their seats to view Wishes if they are not seated by the windows?

I think it's probably pretty likely that you'll be checking in just before 8 for you 8:10 and won't get seated til after Wishes.

There is no real good place to see the fireworks from inside Crystal Palace because of the porch. It's also difficult to see the high fireworks from the porch because your view can easily be obstructed by the roof.

That being said - you can stake out a good place just outside of CP and enjoy Wishes as you wait for your name to be called.

1) But, be close enough to hear your name when called.
2) CP is still crowded at that time.
3) If you miss the ADR time, you could be out of luck.

NOTE: Most eateries give you a 15-minute late period, but on busy days or during busy times, there is no (or a very short) grace period.

The deck is the best place, and that is not the greatest because of the porch coverng which limits what you can see. They will let you leave your table to go outside to see the fireworks. You really will not see much, if anything, from inside.

From what I remember, the porch is a no go. When you come off of porch and go to the railing (stroller parking), from there and over to Casey's you would have a great view. Going to the left off of porch the viewing decreases with tree's in your sight line. If this is only time to see fireworks, I would maybe redo the timing. If not, enjoy your meal and don't try to squeeze everything in one night. Have fun either way!!:thumbsup2

Is this something new? We've never been late for a reservation, but I never heard this before. :confused3

Show up at 8:10 and you will have already seen most of the show. Have one person check in while you watch. Based on my experience at Crystal Palace there is no way you will be seated before the show is over.

Yeah I think you will be seated after the show. It depends when you actually check in.

If you get a window seat you will be able to see some of the fireworks.
