Fireworks/fantasmic

Heading out to DL Sept 1 and looking for a calendar with times and dates for fantasmic/firworks. Not to sure when shows go to weekends only. First weekend there is long weekend. Are there fireworks Sept 1,2,3. Crowds on the long weekend? Havent seen fantasmic in 10 years and am pumped to see it again. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have heard that there is a marathon happening that weekend. I don't know how that will affect the crowds.

You are correct about the fireworks and Fantasmic after the 3rd it is only on Fri, Sat, and Sun. evenings.

Also HM and Casey Jr. will be closed on the 4th, so make sure you see them before the 4th. Also heard that DEP (DCA) will not be shown after the long weekend.

Crowd-wise, I would go expecting it to be very busy - summer weekends are always busy, anyways, but throw a long weekend into the mix and you can pretty much be guaranteed a packed house.

I'm not the biggest fan of the reserved Riverside seating for Fantasmic!, but if you haven't seen it in ages and your only chance is a very busy weekend, it may be worth it to you to arrange for a guaranteed seat in an OK location. At least you wouldn't need to spend ages staking out a spot! I wouldn't bother to do this again, but then we visit in off-season times - if we were going over a holiday weekend I might consider it if only for the reduced hassle.

Thanks for all the info. Not to worried about the crowds on the long weekend as we will be there for the rest of the week. And I am assuming with school back in, summer over, it will be slow. I hope. Just a little worried about fireworks/fantasmic, as I think we only have two days to see them. Another quick question. Can you get fast passes as soon as you enter on EE, or do you have to wait until regular opening? Thanks all.
