Fireworks Dessert Party at MK 12/30

The fireworks dessert party for Fantasy in the Sky on 12/30 is available for booking for the late fireworks (11:40PM) but not for the early (6:30PM).

Does anyone know from past experience if I can expect a dessert party to be added for the early showing?

The one on Tomorrowland Terrace is showing up for me right now. Dec 30 @5:30
