Fireworks Cruises - Which to book?

Of all the fireworks cruises out there, which should I pick? We've got a group of 7 ranging in age from 4 through 75. I'm having trouble with this part of our plans. Also, all the cruises leave from the Contemporary? During Spring break (easter week in particular) are these offered every night?
