Holiday Wishes will be at 9:30. If you're still in the restaurant, you can see them if you're near a window. If you're finished eating, you can go down to the lagoon and watch from there.

Not to nitpick, but Holiday Wishes will actually be at 10 pm this year, not 9:30. In case that affects their planning.

Hallowishes (Halloween Party Fireworks) have been pushed to a later time, but I'm not sure that Holiday Wishes will be at a time other than 9:30PM this year.
