Fireworks at both parks for Labor Day weekend?

Anyone know if IoA and the Studios will be putting on fireworks shows on May 26th - 28th? And if they are, what time?

I don't think so. Fireworks usually occur from mid-June to around August. The good news is that Spider-Man will be around.
