No! Be careful!

During high season they happen every night. During off season they are only on weekends, and on weekdays the DL parade is typically only shown once in the afternoon.

When are you considering going?

We are planning on going December 10th (monday) to December 15th (saturday)

So do we need to change our plans?? To be there over a weekend?

That would give you at least Friday night to see them, Saturday too if you would be there all day.

Here is list of park hours and entertainment in Dec 2006 http://www.laughingplace.com/Guide-Cal-DLR2-200612.asp The parades and fireworks are different during the holidays than the rest of the year, but remain popular. From last year's schedule it appears you will only be able to see Fantasmic on weekends only. The Christmas fireworks are every night and the parade is every day.

From a quick glance at the same week in 2006 it appears Fantasmic is the only thing you will be able to see only on weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun). So if you planned that for Friday night I think you could see all the other entertainment on weekdays - just some things like BPB at DCA are not every weekday.

FWIW, BPB might not be around this December as DCA is working up a new parade. So who knows how that will be scheduled.

Bottom line is you should overlap at least one weekend evening, which is what you already have. Overlapping two weekend evenings (like Fri/Sat)would give you a bit more flexibility but entail you visiting on a very busy Saturday.

Looks like it would be best so we can see the fireworks one night and another night the electric parade another so that we should stay until sunday. Thanks for the post!

We are going the same week as you, I booked tuesday through Sunday, we may cancel Sat night and come home on Sat, I will decide later when I get around to finding airfare.

might want to watch out though. In Dec, it is true, Fri Sat full entertainment schedule. But during the Spring time, they went to Sat Sun full entertainment. So it will vary.
