Firework Cruise Tipping

Hello all,

For anyone that has taken a firework cruise, what was the appropriate tip to give the captain of the boat? The total cost of the grand 1 yacht is $744.44/1 hour, but I'm not sure if the 20% tip applies in this case? What would you do?

We did the fireworks cruise on the regular pontoon boat for our parents gift, I called and they said gratuity wasn't included. When I went to tip our boat driver she refused to accept it.
