I have just spent the last 3 weeks doing my driver training for my job with the ambulance service. I finished it today & passed
The last 2 days have been driving with Blues & Two's which was nervy & a bt scary at first but great fun, especially when people spot us early on & move making it easier for us to progress the drive.
I can now drive totally different to what I used too & its amazing how little things make a difference.
I have also finally sorted my station out, its not the one I wanted but its closer to me then where they wanted to put me. My transfer has also kicked in now so hoping to move to the station 5 mins away from where I live.
Good news is that I have a week to relax & recover before starying my 1st shifts next weekend which will be nights
