When were the finger scans installed?

I don't know for sure but we were there Aug 26-Sept 2. Early in our vacation I said to dh that I wondered how long those had been there & the CM standing there said it had only been a couple weeks. I don't know about you but we had (& witnessed MANY others) having problems getting those to scan our/their fingers. The whole process really slowed the entrance lines a lot at each park.

It seemed very hit and miss as to when they were used. Every time we went into MK they used them, but we got into AK and DS without them. Early in the morning EP used them, when we returned about 5pm they didnt.

I think about 2 years ago now but that is a guess. They recently went to a version that is just requires the use of just one finger. They definitely had them last December.

They were there at the MK in March, 05 for sure.
