Hi
I havent been to WDW since 2004, we have already ordered our MYW tix but my question is about the finger scan the 1st time you use/activate your passes. Is this done at TTC? or at the 1st park you attend? Is it a time consuming process with long lines? :scratchin
TIA

You have to insert your fingers in the machine where your ticket goes every time you enter the park. It's not a big deal.

You activate your passes at the gate the first time you go through. The lines aren't that long.. it takes about 2 minutes longer. You will be fine. Make sure you sign the back of your passes so you can track them accordingly.

Have fun :)

It is done when you stick your pass into the machine. After you insert the pass you insert your fingers in another part of the machine. It is all part of entering the parks at the turnstiles. You don't need to go anywhere special to have it done.

It is done at your first park you enter, and yes it can hold up the line. Actually it's the combination that could hold up the line. Did you put your ticket in right? How come it's not spitting it out? You didn't squeeze your fingers hard enough, I didn't get the green light...it's now a crap shoot what line you are in and how fast you can get into the park. One things for sure SIGN THE BACK OF YOUR TICKET....so you'll know that that one is yours. or else you'll be figuring out who's fingers are whos!
