I was wondering what the names of all the FINE dining restaurants are in Disneyland..these are the ones I know of:

Steakhouse 55
Club 33
Napa Rose

What others may I be missing? Blue Bayou?

Thanks in advance!

In my opinion only Napa Rose offers Fine Dining.
But the other table service locations are nice, just not as upscale.

Any place that will allow you to eat while wearing shorts can not be considered fine dining. Therefor all of those places you listed dont count, except maybe Club 33 which enforses its dress code for dinner! ;)

OK C D, that is too funny! And although I do consider the Blue Bayou to offer fine dining, there are many a park visitor that do not dress accordingly. So really it all depends upon how one might care to define "Fine dining". For me, the Blue Bayou is finer dining, with a casual dress attire atmosphere. Sometimes, too casual. But not normally that I have seen. But then, I am not there every week either.
I personally recommend the Blue Bayou. And in the event that you like steak and lobster, I definitely recommend the fillet mignon, which is served with lobster tail. It was most delicious to my taste buds.

There is also Wine Country Trattoria. It is suppose to be fine dining.

It really depends on what you consider "Fine Dining."

Napa Rose is very "Californian" and it is a great place to eat, wonderful menus and wines to match, but not what many would consider FINE. Great Califonia style atmosphere.

My vote is for Granville's (Steakhouse 55 to those that are not part of the old guard) It is far more traditional with the B&W decor. Sorry, I'm not going to give you the name of my favorite server. :sad2:

BB is not fine dining and Club 33, are you a member?

According to the DLR website, the only restaurants at the resort that are considered "signature dining" are Napa Rose, and Steakhouse 55. "Special & Unique Dining" on the website are Ariel's Grotto, Big Thunder Ranch Barbeque, Blue Bayou, Storyteller's Cafe, and Wine Country Trattoria. There are a few others, but they are in DTD, so I didn't count them.

Truth be told, there is no "fine dining" in DLR. Napa Rose comes close from a food/wine standpoint. Steakhouse 55 is lovely, but it is just an upscale steakhouse similar to the big corporate chains like Morton's/Shula's/Ruth's Chris/etc. Club 33 doesn't really count since it is a private club.

In fact, there's almost no fine dining in all of Orange County. Plenty of places serve food that is fine (excellent, in fact), but the type of dining that earns a couple of Michelin stars isn't going to be found nearby. If I want a true fine dining meal when I travel to Southern California, I usually end up in Los Angeles. Providence on Melrose is my favorite and I also had a great meal at Patina (at the Walt Disney Concert Hall) a few months ago.

Mostly, however, I'm just glad that there are now a lot of good dining options in and around DLR: decent upscale and moderate chain restaurants, excellent independent ethnic places, and a few time-warp places that have managed to survive the trends.

As I was driving out Bodega Bay way... there is a business that has a sign across it's front that says fine dining and cabins..... sorry mate, but I am thinking not.....Ha

Napa Rose was wonderful. I do not know what you want out of a fine dining experience, but the food/wine/service were exceptional in my opinion. My wife has severe food allergies and the chef came to our table and said that he could make most anything on the menu and assure us that we would be fine and told her not to eat the bread but he could get her a salad or something else if she wanted instead. The dress was very casual among the guests (I even saw ball caps) but the two of us were dressed nice and celebrating an anniversary and didn't care what everyone else looked like. Make sure and get there early to have a drink at the wonderful bar.

That sounded like a very nice and dare I say tasty experience pp. Thank you for sharing.
