It is somewhat different from Orange County but you go to the Indian River County recorded documents site, see http://ori.indian-river.org and use the "Name" icon. Then for Party Type best to choose Both, for Name choose "Contains" and then put in your name, best to skip the blank Document Type box and use the Document Category to put in "Deeds." Choose a date range (quicker to just type it in) and submit.
If you mean the website I gave is not coming up, then try going here http://www.clerk.indian-river.org/en/ and click on Public Records at the bottom right and see if that brings up the page with icons including one named "name" with a faceless woman in green in it and proceed from there.
If you mean you can get the page I gave above but when you click on Name nothing happens then also try going first to http://www.clerk.indian-river.org/en/ and proceed from there.
If you mean you click on Name and get to a page where you are to fill information to find a deed, then I need to know what is not working.
Thank you! For some reason it is blocked to UK residents so I had to VPN onto it but I found my deed!! It was processed on the 15th of this month and is now showing me as the owner.
Do you know how long I should wait before I call DVC to try and get my membership number?
It usually takes around two weeks to get the records into the system from Orange County. So I would call your broker and ask them, how long it takes for Indian River. Welcome Home!
