Finding out number of fun visits left on ticket

My granddaughter has a NO EXPIRING ticket and has used all of the park visits I believe, but definitely has some fun visits left. How do we find out how many fun visits are left on her ticket? The ticket shows in MDE account, but does not tell the number. Is there a way besides asking guest relations?

I have a similar situation: 2 waterpark visits left on 4 old passes. I can see them on the app, not on the website. If I call, I'm pretty sure that they are able to see that I have waterpark visits left, but I think it also depends on who you get on the phone. You might have to get transferred to someone who can see it.

The ticket is showing on the app; however, it does not indicate anything about the number of fun visits. I am certain however, that we have used only 2 out of 7 fun visits.

Yes, I can see the passes, but not how many visits left. You could try calling.
